THE HOTTIE EXPERIENCE
What to expect
Included in every package, Hot Chick will travel to your destination location and provide everything needed to ensure you relax in style.
She will arrive 30 minutes early to set up, bringing all the essentials for a seamless, luxury experience. Please provide a spacious, low-traffic area to work and access to power outlets.
Your Artist will come equipped with a professional makeup kit featuring top-tier luxury and professional brands.
She will bring high-quality lighting to ensure flawless results. For the best outcome, we recommend choosing a space with open windows to incorporate natural light.
FAQ
SERVICE DEFINITIONS
Do & Go: Makeup applications are completed within the contracted service period, after which the artist departs.
Standby: The artist remains on-site during the contracted standby period to provide bridal touch-ups and maintain the bride's camera-ready look throughout the day.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
- A signed contract and non-refundable retainer fee (25% of the total package price) are required within 72 hours of selecting your package to secure your date.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding date (no exceptions).
-A 3.5% processing fee applies to all payments.
DESTINATION & OUT-OF-STATE WEDDINGS
- The bride is responsible for airfare, lodging, and ground transportation for the makeup artist(s).
- Additional details will be discussed directly between the artist and client.
TRAVEL POLICY
- Beyond a 15-mile radius from 30318, a rate of $5 per mile, per artist applies.
- Any car travel beyond 55 miles or over 1 hour of travel time from 30318 will be considered as "Destination".
PARKING POLICY
- Any valet or parking fees incurred must be covered by the client on the day of service.
PACKAGE POLICY
- Packages with a set number of persons do not require every slot to be filled; however, the rate remains the same.
- To add more individuals beyond the package, please refer to the À La Carte services for pricing.
LATE POLICY
Clients who are more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment skipped or cancelled at the Makeup Artist’s discretion.
