Expenses Covered By Client
- Wedding Services - The final wedding package for wedding makeup services.
- Artist's Travel - The client will be responsible for the travel expenses of the makeup artist including baggage cost. Once you are ready to proceed, we will research the average prices for the preferred airlines and include that cost in the final invoice. The preferred airlines are Delta, JetBlue, United and American Airlines. Due to customer service issues, artist does not fly on the following airlines: Spirit, Frontier, Avianca.
- Artist's Lodging - The client will cover the lodging expenses for the makeup artist. Once you are ready to proceed, We will research the average prices for the hotels we frequently use at that time and incorporate that cost into the final invoice. For destination weddings, Artist typically stay at the same resort or villa as the guests, which works well. Artist's most frequent hotels are World of Hyatt, Hilton or Marriot.
- Artist's Ground Transportation - The client will be responsible for covering the ground transportation expenses for the makeup artist, including Uber/Lyft rides to and from the location or the costs of hired drivers.
THE HOTTIE EXPERIENCE
What to expect
Included in every package, Hot Chick will travel to your destination location and provide everything needed to ensure you relax in style.
She will arrive 30 minutes early to set up, bringing all the essentials for a seamless, luxury experience. Please provide a spacious, low-traffic area to work and access to power outlets.
Your Artist will come equipped with a professional makeup kit featuring top-tier luxury and professional brands.
She will bring high-quality lighting to ensure flawless results. For the best outcome, we recommend choosing a space with open windows to incorporate natural light.

BRIDAL PARTY ATTENDEE/GUEST/MOB & MOG
$175 per person (1 hour)
EARLY MORNING FEE
$100 per hour per artist
for every hour before 7am
ADDITIONAL HOURS

FAQ
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
- A signed contract and non-refundable retainer fee (25% of the total package price) are required within 72 hours of selecting your package to secure your date.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding date (no exceptions).
-A 3.5% processing fee applies to all payments.
DESTINATION & OUT-OF-STATE WEDDINGS
- The bride is responsible for airfare, lodging, and ground transportation for the makeup artist(s).
- Additional details will be discussed directly between the artist and client.
PACKAGE POLICY
- Packages with a set number of persons do not require every slot to be filled; however, the rate remains the same.
- To add more individuals beyond the package, please refer to the À La Carte services for pricing.
LATE POLICY
Clients who are more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment skipped or cancelled at the Makeup Artist’s discretion.
