Destination Travel information
Destination/Out of State Breakdown
For destination/Out of state locations, travel accommodations cost will have to be covered by the client which includes Flight + hotel + ground transportation. Once you are ready to proceed, we will research the average prices for the hotels and flights we frequently use at that time and incorporate that cost into the final invoice.
Expenses Covered By Client
- Wedding Services - The final wedding bundle for wedding makeup and photography services.
- Travel - The client will be responsible for the travel expenses. Once you are ready to proceed, we will research the average prices for the preferred airlines and include that cost in the final invoice. The preferred airlines are Delta, JetBlue, United and American Airlines. Due to customer service issues, we do not fly on the following airlines: Spirit, Frontier, Avianca.
- Lodging - The client will cover the lodging expenses. Once you are ready to proceed, We will research the average prices for the hotels we frequently use at that time and incorporate that cost into the final invoice. For destination weddings, Artist typically stay at the same resort or villa as the guests, which works well. Our most frequent hotels are World of Hyatt, Hilton or Marriot.
- Ground Transportation - The client will be responsible for covering the ground transportation expenses, including Uber/Lyft rides to and from the location or the costs of hired drivers.
